Downtown Business Owners Not Buying Parking Meters

The days of pulling into a parking space, shopping and dining at a restaurant as long as you want and leaving may soon be no more. The City of Augusta in partnership with Downtown Development Authority proposed an ordinance to collect revenue from parking meters.
