The Technology Association of Georgia’s Augusta Chapter together with the TAG Infrastructure Society announce a special one-day conference entitled U.S. Army, Cyber Security and Business Against a Common Foe, on Wednesday, November 5^th, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., at the Jaguar Student Activities Center (JSAC) main ballroom at Georgia Regents University in Augusta. The all-day event features panel discussions with top-ranked officials of the Army Cyber Command (ARCYBER) Headquarters at Fort Gordon along with key representatives from Georgia’s technology sector.

The conference will address a number of topical subjects including:

· What is Cyber Security and Why Should Business Care?

· What is the Mission of Army Cyber Security?

· What Impact will the Cyber Security Command relocation to Augusta have on business and the State?

· What is the Mission of Army Cyber Security?

Expert panelists for the conference will include:

· Thom E. Tuckey, Col., U.S. Army (Retired) - Executive Director of the Central Savannah River Area Alliance for Fort Gordon in Augusta

· Joanne Sexton, GRU faculty member, formerly the first Commanding Officer of what is known today as Navy Information Operations Command Georgia – GRU

· Mark Baggett - owner of Indepth Defense, an independent consulting firm that offers incident response and penetration testing services
