Veteran administrative assistant Beth Straitiff has added client support responsibilities to the Tax and Advisory Services team at Graydon Thompson LLC, an Upstate-based accounting firm offering individuals and organizations across the Carolinas a high-expertise, high-touch alternative to other accounting firms in the region.

Ms. Straitiff has nearly a decade of experience in public accounting providing office administration, small business services and tax support, and is based in the firm’s Greenville office.  Prior to entering the field of public accounting, she had nearly 20 years of experience managing and operating businesses in the hospitality arena.

A native of Reading, Pennsylvania and current resident of Spartanburg county, Ms. Straitiff will support day-to-day operations of Graydon Thompson’s tax and advisory services practice, while also providing administrative, accounting and bookkeeping services to both the CPA firm and a broad range of small and midsized client organizations.

“Beth understands the needs of our clients and has a passion for client service in serving them,” noted Phyllis Graydon, principal with Graydon Thompson. “She is a tremendous asset in supporting both individuals and small and midsized businesses requiring accounting and tax support, and we are pleased to expand her role and responsibilities here at Graydon Thompson CPAs.”
