EMC Engineering Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the hiring of Richard E. Baldwin, RLS as the Survey Manager for our branch office in Augusta, Georgia.  Mr. Baldwin attended Ferrum College and the University of South Carolina-Coastal Carolina. In 2005, Mr. Baldwin received his Land Surveying Certificate from Middle Georgia College. Through his career he has held several positions including Surveying Supervisor and Survey Manager, in the Augusta, Georgia area.  During his tenure in the surveying field, Mr. Baldwin’s notable achievements include providing construction layout services for Jimmy Dyess Parkway in Augusta, Georgia and the Dublin Bypass in Dublin, Georgia.  Mr. Baldwin, originally from Virginia, resides in Evans, Georgia with his wife Dusti and their three children.
