Local Businesses Urged to Prepare for Emergencies

If the deluge that hit central South Carolina the first weekend of October shifted a mere 30 or 40 miles to the east, Augusta and much of the CSRA could have suffered the same devastating flooding as Columbia.
That type of disaster could not only physically damage many businesses but could ruin them economically.
