Club Car to Exhibit at The HX: Rooms to Restaurants Trade Show
Tuesday, November 3rd, 2015
Resorts and hotels need utility and transport vehicles that look like show horses, perform like draft horses and maintain their appearance and reliability year after year.
Club Car’s elite Carryall utility vehicles meet those standards. The company will showcase the vehicles at booth # 2364 of the 2015 HX trade show. The event will be held Nov. 8 – 10 at the Jacob K. Javits Convention Center in New York.
“The quality, style and performance of Club Car's utility and transport vehicles have made them the U.S. market leader and a perfect choice for exclusive hotels and resorts,” says Mary A. Sicard, manager of the newly formed resorts and rentals marketing division.
The vehicles on display will include the versatile Carryall 500 utility vehicle. “Few vehicles fit as many resort applications and have as many commercial-grade accessories as this one. It can do the work of a pickup truck at a fraction of the cost,” says Sicard.
The vehicle will be shown with the optional VersAttach bed-based attachment system that carries tools and equipment outside the bed, frees bed space and reduces round trips. “This makes it ideal for both grounds and facilities maintenance,” Sicard says.
It is available with a 14-hp rated overhead cam engine with electronic fuel injection that delivers best-in-class fuel efficiency, power and torque, or in quiet, zero-emissions electric models. Both feature expanded pickup beds and a total vehicle capacity of 1,200 lbs.
Club Car’s new Café Express mobile merchandising unit will also be on display. It rides on the Carryall 500 platform, with display spaces that encourage impulse buying on golf courses, at special events, poolside, at marinas or other places where revenue may be captured.
The vehicle features two Cambro beverage containers, an air pot, condiment and liquor storage, a solid windshield, a canopy and halogen headlines. It offers 120 percent more consumable ice capacity than Club Car’s former mobile merchandising unit.
Club Car also operates a custom solutions department that builds vehicles for special resort applications.
