EDTS Names Tiffany McGuire to Head Tech Company's HR Team

Tiffany McGuire, SPHR has been named Human Resources Manager at EDTS, a regional IT services company specializing in managed IT services, network security, and advanced infrastructure for Southeastern businesses.
A native of Augusta, Georgia with over 15 years of professional human resources and corporate compliance experience, Ms. McGuire joins EDTS from Burke Medical Center in Waynesboro, Georgia, where she served as Director of Human Resources and Corporate Compliance Officer. In that capacity, she managed the medical center’s HR strategy and operations, directed recruitment and training, and ensured compliance on a variety of regulatory issues, while also managing marketing and communications for the facility. Prior human resource positions have included service with University Health Care System of Augusta, Memorial University Medical Center of Savannah, and Georgia Regents University Health System of Augusta.
An alumna of Leadership Augusta, Ms. McGuire is a member of the Society of Human Resource Management as well as the CSRA chapter of SHRM, and holds her Senior Professional in Human Resources certification. Active in the CSRA community, her involvements include board positions with the Family Counseling Center of the CSRA and Easter Seals of East Georgia. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University where she earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with emphasis in HR management, and her M.B.A. with emphasis in Health Care Administration.
In her role as Human Resources Manager with EDTS, Ms. McGuire will manage recruiting, training, performance assessment, employee recognition and employee benefit programs, among other responsibilities, while working with the leadership team of the rapidly growing organization.
