Digital Office Equipment Awarded 2015 Service Solution Provider

Digital Office Equipment received top honors from Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc. for their efforts within their Service Department. The “Service Solution Provider” award is presented to an elite group of authorized Copystar dealers that have displayed excellence in their service operations. “Commitment to customer service and responsiveness, participation in technical training and technical programs, as well as a commitment to Copystar and its products are the key to your organization’s success,” said Larry Evans, Senior Regional Technical Manager for Kyocera Document Solutions America, Inc.
DOE takes pride in employing technicians certified on multiple makes and models of equipment and offers continuing education courses throughout employment. When the company opened in 1999, they were the first in the area to offer a 4 Hour “At Your Doorstep” response time. As the evolution of the copier industry has been geared towards reducing paper use, DOE technicians have been certified on the use of copier specific applications that utilize scanning for organizational and storage purposes. The service technicians are also cross-trained for network and IT related issues to broaden the scope of the repairs they are able to perform in the office environment. In addition, DOE has added a Managed IT Support Services division to the company to offer a total solution for maintaining copiers, printers and computers all under one roof.
