Phillips Staffing Names Redmon Director of Strategic Initiatives

Phillips Staffing, one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solution providers, has named Rick Redmon to its leadership team as Director of Strategic Initiatives.
 
Mr. Redmon joins Phillips with 25 years of experience working in executive leadership, business ownership, business development, and leadership training. During his tenures with previous organizations, Mr. Redmon was credited with developing a multi-million dollar training and organizational development business, introducing advanced hiring, assessment, change management, team building, and leadership training systems ranging from  Fortune 500 companies to local retailers, and opening/operating a chain of restaurants in Central Kentucky.  
 
A native of Lexington, Kentucky, Mr. Redmon attended the University of Kentucky where he obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology, and then later attended Clemson University where he earned a Master’s Degree in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology. He resides with his wife and three children in Powdersville, South Carolina.
 
With Phillips Staffing, Mr. Redmon will analyze and develop plans and implement initiatives to enhance the operations, recruiting, financial performance and market presence of all Phillips Staffing operations.  He will work with and report to Phillips CEO Blanton Phillips and company President Ed Parris.
