TEDxAugusta Art Exhibit Opens on First Friday; Attendees Receive Discount on Event Tickets

TEDxAugusta 2016 will kick off this year’s event with an art exhibit opening on First Friday, December 4 and running through the first week in February at theClubhouse, 540 Telfair St.

The opening of “TEDxAugusta Art Exhibit: Autonomy” will feature a reception from 5 to 9 p.m. Following the opening, the show is open to the public on weekdays from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Participating artists include Alyssa Beck, F. Simon Grant, Jay Jacobs, Jacki Mayo, Christina Rice along with others, and all work illustrates this year’s TEDxAugusta theme, Autonomy.

All reception attendees will also receive a discount code for $15 off a full-price ticket, which includes general admission, student/senior/military/senior, VIP and VIP patron tickets.
