Phillips Staffing, one of South Carolina’s largest staffing and human capital solution providers, has re-launched its website (www.PhillipsStaffing.com), strategically investing in an updated and expanded presence as it gears up for what company leaders term “a commitment to expanded digital recruiting and significant market growth.”
“Over time, every brand freshens its presentation and expands its channels to reflect evolving tastes as they work to remain relevant to customers, and Phillips Staffing is no exception,” noted Ed Parris, President of Phillips Staffing.
The newly launched website represents a significant commitment to expand Phillips Staffing’s visibility and reach with customers, jobseekers and organizations across the Southeast, noted Mr. Parris. “By coupling this enhanced web presence with integrated digital and traditional marketing programs, innovative client service initiatives, and the strategic addition of new team members, we intend to accelerate the organization’s accessibility, growth and visibility with customers, prospects and jobseekers.”
The new website allows visitors to quickly locate information, initiate a relationship and search positions with Phillips right from the front page and in a single click, noted Mr. Parris. “We wanted to make it easy for site visitors to go where they need to, get the relevant information and not lose time scouring page after page. We recognize they are busy people.”
The site features a responsive design to accommodate viewing by users of all types of mobile devices, tablets, laptops and PCs. It also encompasses easy-to-navigate menus, rich content and detailed information about available positions for individual jobseekers as well as Phillips services for businesses seeking to achieve greater success by adding highly qualified talent to their workforce.
Jobseekers will find ready access to hundreds of available positions, along with the ability to search open positions by industry, keyword and geography. They can submit resumes confidentially, register for free with the Phillips Talent Network to receive updates and alerts about positions of interest, and receive information about special resources and events available only to Talent Network members.
A robust resource center contains media announcements, a calendar of upcoming events and job fairs, articles of interest, helpful publications to download, and direct links to HR and staffing industry resources, economic development partners, and state and federal government sites. Leadership profiles, websites of community allies, and contact information for connecting with the Phillips network of offices is fully integrated into the site, as are links to Phillips’ social media sites.
“This site is dynamic and very much a work in progress, and a tool that we fully envision will continue to grow, deepen and evolve as time goes forward,” noted Madison McLain, marketing coordinator for Phillips Staffing who oversaw the website re-launch.
The site was designed in partnership with CareerBuilder, a global leader in human capital solutions which helps global companies with every step of the recruitment process from acquire to hire, and which operates leading job sites around the world. Numerous aspects of CareerBuilder’s best-in-class sites were incorporated into the new PhillipsStaffing.com website. Best-of-breed characteristics of top web-based organizations were also factored into the development process.
