Expanding needs for current customers, as well as the addition of new business for the center, have resulted in the need to hire more full-time agents. New hires will be providing inbound customer support.

Sitel will host an onsite job fair at its Augusta customer experience center, located at 2115 Windsor Springs Rd. on March 9 from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. With a long reputation for promoting team members through the ranks to management positions, Sitel focuses on making career path development a foundational building block.
