How to Run a Successful Kaizen Event

Kaizen is a Japanese term, which literally means, “change for better.” In Lean manufacturing, a Kaizen event is a process of finding and solving problems by creating a team of individuals to work intensively on the problem over a short period of time. Discuss the basics of this methodology and then participate in a hands-on demonstration to illustrate how holding kaizen events can help you solve problems throughout your facility.
