Melanie Sass Joins Phillips Staffing to Head Accounting Team

Phillips Staffing, one of South Carolina’s largest and fastest-growing staffing and human capital solution providers, has added Melanie Sass as Accounting Manager on its rapidly growing team.
Mrs. Sass joins Phillips with more than 30 years of experience in accounting which included 18 years of management experience. She brings a strong background in accounting and financial management roles from her prior position at Bierrebi International, where she was responsible for all accounting functions including general accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resources, payroll and all treasury functions.
A native of Greensboro, North Carolina, Mrs. Sass graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration in Accounting from Western Carolina University. She currently resides with her husband in Greenville, and is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
With Phillips Staffing, Mrs. Sass will be responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting team. Mrs. Sass will also provide financial review, analysis and reporting, cash management, forecasting, budgeting and strategic insight to the S.B. Phillips and Phillips Staffing organizations.
