Dianna Kendrick, Licensed Massage Therapist and owner of Dynamic Pain Control in Martinez, recently completed extensive professional training in the innovative practice of NeuroKinetic Therapy. "I am so excited by the whole new world of pain-relief potential we can now offer to our patients," explains Mrs. Kendrick, who is also a certified Premier Provider in the CSRA HOME CONNECTIONS Program, a division of CENTURY 21 Larry Miller Realty. "The array of conditions we can help heal with cupping is almost unlimited."

What is NeuroKinetic Therapy?

Neurokinetic therapy is the answer to "what is missing" in relation to lasting results being achieved. “I remain challenged to why some clients remain in pain.  Sometimes it is because they do not do what you advise them to do for self-care, but sometimes there is just another not-so-obvious reason,” explains Dianna Kendrick.  “I have discovered just how creative the brain is.  Stability is the ultimate goal at all costs so we end up with dysfunctional movement patterns, which ultimately lead to pain.”  Neurokinetic Therapyutilizes specific muscle tests to identify which muscles are working too hard and which muscles are essentially shut down. “I can now short-circuit this nasty cycle and get my clients out of pain,” adds Ms. Kendrick.  Many clients can identify with this through a situation with Tiger Woods several years ago when he mentioned an issue he was having that was related to his glutes not “firing”.  This can be determined through these tests and then a correction can be made to reprogram the motor control center in the brain and burn away the old dysfunctional movement pattern which allows the patient to create a new one without the pain.  “It is amazing work.  My goal is to always create a better environment than I found. I love what I do,” affirms Dianna Kendrick
