On Wednesday, August 10^th, Georgia Military College – Augusta hosted the ribbon cutting ceremony for joining the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce.    

Initiated by Lonzo Smith, the Senior Admissions Counselor here at Georgia Military College, current members of the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce joined GMC’s faculty and staff to celebrate. Also in attendance was Mrs. Terra Carroll, President and CEO of the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce and Mrs. Shana Reid, Executive Director of Georgia Military College - Augusta. As the ceremony began and introductions took place, many of GMC’s own mentioned that they are already proud community members in North Augusta. 

The North Augusta Chamber of Commerce offers many benefits to its members while also promoting community partnerships. As Georgia Military College – Augusta joins the North Augusta Chamber of Commerce, we hope to extend our presence in the CSRA community and reach more students in the North Augusta area.
