Janice Tillman has been in the banking industry since 1994. After a 20-year tenure at Wells Fargo, she joined CertusBank of Greenville, South Carolina as Director of Retail Operations in 2014. At CertusBank she served as Director of Retail Operations and managed the team that reviewed day-to-day operations, policy and procedures across four states.       

As Director of Retail Operations for Queensborough, Ms. Tillman is responsible for retail operations policy & procedures and customer service delivery across Queensborough’s 24-branch network.         

Ms. Tillman received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her masters from Emory University. In her free time, she enjoys paddle boarding, playing bocce and working in her yard and garden.
