The Augusta Sports Council is excited to announce their first Augusta University Half Marathon, 10K & 5K Volunteer T-Shirt Design Contest to the community. Contest started October 1, 2016 and will continue until January 13, 2017. This contest is open to the public and designers do not have to be registered in the race to participate. The ASC encourages students, professional designers and amateur creatives to get involved. The winner will have their artwork proudly displayed on the front of over 400+ volunteer t-shirts.

The Sports Council wants to incorporate the City of Augusta into this year's race more than ever. All designs must be representative to the city. Each entry must be no larger than 10"x10" in size. Designs can include up to five colors, not including the base color of the shirt. All designs must be submitted by email to [email protected].

Augusta Sports Council CEO, Stacie Adkins, says, "We are overly-excited to add this new component to our event and hopefully the winning design will reflect the true essence of Augusta."
