The Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce is currently seeking to fill the position of Director of Masters Housing. This is a full-time position with a complete benefits package including salary and bonuses.

As a direct report to the Vice President, the primary function of the Director of Masters Housing is generating revenue renting homes during Masters Week. This position works with the homeowner, through the process of listing the home, as well as the renter, through the process of booking the home. The Director of Masters Housing is tasked with marketing the program, throughout the year, and identifying strategic corporate relationships to secure contracts. This person will also need to work with sports marketing firms to engage them in the rental process through Masters Housing. The position is also responsible for accounts receivable and processing of payments to homeowners.

The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of the real estate market and the Augusta community, a strong understanding of marketing methods, mature communication skills, and basic financial and accounting experience. Two plus years of sales experience with an emphasis on relationship building sales is required. A college degree is preferred.
