Noted executive advisor and management consultant Judy Boyle Chun has been named Chief Implementer at EDTS, the fast-growing information technology consulting firm providing managed I.T. services, network security and advanced infrastructure solutions to Southeastern organizations.
 
At EDTS, Ms. Chun will oversee human capital development, finance, operational alignment and process enhancement across all aspects of the rapidly growing organization.  Her role will include formalizing the company’s strategic-planning processes, forging new working relationships and synergies, and enhancing transparency and accountability for the team carrying out company strategy.  She will report to Chief Executive Officer Charles Johnson and work with members of the management team across the organization's Southeastern footprint.
 
Formerly from Honolulu Hawaii and a current resident of Aiken, South Carolina, Ms. Chun joins EDTS after most recently serving as CEO Chair for Vistage International, the world’s leading executive peer advisory forum.  At Vistage, Ms. Chun facilitated the peer group experience and provided one-to-one coaching to business owners and CEO’s.
 
Prior to her tenure with Vistage, Ms. Chun served as CEO of GPF Life and Health Benefits Company, Ltd., an employee-owned third party administrator for health, life and disability insurance.  She also has served as CFO and human resources executive with a large commercial insurer, and as Vice President of HR and Administration for an international conglomerate with holdings in manufacturing, retail, agriculture and real estate development.
 
A member of both the Aiken Chamber of Commerce and the Rotary Club of Aiken, Ms. Chun holds an MBA from the Shidler College of Business at University of Hawaii - Manoa, and a Juris Doctor from the William S. Richardson School of Law at the University of Hawaii.
