EMC Engineering Services, Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Robert L. Titus, PE as a Principal Owner of the firm.

Mr. Titus will also join the EMC Corporate Leadership Team of Charles Perry, Chief Executive Officer, and Christopher Brazell, West Georgia Division Manager, as our East Georgia Division Manager effective immediately.

As East Georgia Division Manager, Mr. Titus’ responsibilities will include providing leadership to the Savannah, Statesboro, and Brunswick Offices as well as managing the Augusta Office. His engineering proficiency, team oriented mindset, and mentoring skills will prove invaluable to the EMC team as we continue to fulfil our mission statement of fostering relationships through client-centered solutions.

During his 25 year career with EMC, Mr. Titus has seen the company grow from a local Savannah engineering firm to a regional professional consulting firm with 79 employees.  He is a registered professional engineer with a degree in civil engineering technology from Georgia Southern University.
