“We are excited to announce the purchase of this impressive facility,” said Joe Edge, Sherman & Hemstreet President and Broker. “In the Augusta region, facilities like this one are very desirable to both users and investors, especially as land values continue to appreciate and available sites and buildings remain scarce. This site will undoubtedly bring jobs back that were lost when Quadgraphics closed the site. ”
Sherman & Hemstreet Associate Broker and Vice President Charles Hock, arranged the purchase of this building by the investment group. Mr. Hock and Sherman & Hemstreet will be exclusively marketing the building for lease to regional and national users.
The Greater Augusta Region is one of the nation’s fastest growing, with Columbia County being the 29th fastest growing county in United States.
