For the THIRD YEAR IN A ROW, Edgar’s Grille has won the Girl Scout Cookie Dessert Contest for the Augusta area – this time with the Toffee-Tastic Cheesecake, a creation from Sous Chef Paige Chapman and Pastry Chef Katelyn Silas that uses the Girl Scouts’ new gluten-free Toffee-Tastic cookie. Alas, the cookies are gone for this year, but you can help us celebrate the thrill of victory at 11 a.m. Thursday, March 23 at Edgar’s Grille, when the Girl Scouts of Historic Georgia present the trophy once again to Edgar’s Grille’s award-winning chefs. Edgar’s Grille is located at 3165 Washington Road at Fury’s Ferry Road, on the Helms College Augusta campus.
