Teamwork is central to the Ivey Homes’ culture and at the end of April the Ivey team will close its 1000^th new home.

“Ivey Residential, started by Matt and Mark Ivey in 2004 as a sister company to their father, Jake’s, company, is proud to announce the closing of its 1000^th home.  From the beginning, Ivey Residential set up to be different.  Ivey wanted to bring the price and cost advantages that volume brings, but be able to offer the personal touches that make a house a home.  This has allowed Ivey Homes to grow to be Columbia County’s largest homebuilder, while also being voted Columbia County’s People Choice Builder of the Year 8 times.

Ivey Homes is planning a team member celebration the first of May at Evans Town Center Park.
