When HELP Can’t Wait is having a 5K and 1 mile Fun Run or Walk on Saturday, May 13^th, with all proceeds to benefit WHCW mission to help needy seniors in area nursing homes.

The race will begin at 9:00am, so come early to get signed in. You can register ahead of time at Active.com or call our office at 706-650-9467. It will be lots of fun, we will have music, prizes to giveaway, medals for the winners, goody bags for the runners (that includes a t-shirt), and possible massages as well.
