Columbia County Community Events has added a new event to the 2017 calendar. The Rubber Duck Derby presented by Rec-Tec Grills, driven by Gerald Jones Auto Group, and making a splash by Sparkle Express Car Wash will provide entertainment and fun for the whole family while supporting the United Way of the CSRA.

The FREE EVENT starts at 9am and lasts until 1pm with music, entertainment, kids' activities, and food from local vendors. The race begins at noon as thousands of yellow rubber ducks are released to race down the Savannah River.

Admission is free; however, ducks will be available to purchase individually or in quantities. The cost for the ducks is as follows$5/1 duck , $25/ Quack Pack (6 ducks) $100/ Flock of Ducks (24 ducks), $1000/ Diamond Duck Pack. Adopt your ducks and cheer them on to victory and the chance to win fantastic prizes.
