The Georgia Department of Labor will help staffing company D1 Managed Services recruit more than 120 packers and laborers on Thursday, May 11, to work in a manufacturing facility in Augusta.  

The recruitment will be held from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the Augusta Career Center located at 601 Greene St.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old. They must have at least two forms of identification such as a driver’s license, passport or birth certificate. Also, they must have a high school diploma, a General Education Diploma, or official transcripts from a high school or the GED program.

Applicants with previous manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.
