In support of the College’s Military Lending Library, Wells Fargo & Company awarded a $4,000 grant to the Augusta Technical College Foundation.  The funds will be used to purchase textbooks to lend to veterans and military-affiliated students who are experiencing financial difficulties or whose educational benefits have not yet been certified. 

Beverly Peltier, Director of Institutional Advancement for Augusta Technical College, commented, “This type of support is critical to helping our military students bridge the gap between when their academic year starts and when their funds become certified. This funding allows the college to loan the student a textbook for the semester until their aid becomes available.”
