CSRA Probation Services Inc. in Evans, a private probation agency, is working to make a difference across the state of Georgia. With the recent acquisition of contracts in several counties in Georgia, there is a new opportunity to reach and affect more probationers.

CSRA Probation Services is working to overcome negative perceptions of the private probation industry. By promoting customer service, using innovative technology and developing training that promotes success rather than failure, the company is working to show that private probation can make a difference.

A recent survey showed a 94 percent satisfaction rate from CSRA Probation offenders. 

With a national and statewide push towards "criminal justice reform," CSRA Probation is working hard to assist the rehabilitation of misdemeanor offenders.

One piece of innovative technology that CSRA Probation uses to help people succeed is their smartphone app, where you can report in remotely and make payments. Also, the implementation of resource tables in each office provides easy access to various programs and resources that probationers may need to find employment, volunteer opportunities or other help they may require.
