GDOT: Interstate Delays Entering Augusta Westbound

District Georgia DOT crews must fix more Interstate 20 concrete slabs approaching the Georgia Welcome Center. A left lane closure is expected Monday, July 17 through Thursday, July 20.
There is an upcoming project to replace the bridges and widen this area of I-20. Until then maintenance like this will keep the travel way safe for the traveling public.
