Columbia County wishes to inform the driving public of a temporary lane closure of the outside Northbound lane of 436 S. Belair Rd. The road closure will prevent any thru traffic at that intersection. The temporary road closure will be from 8:00 a.m. Tuesday, September 05, 2017 and Wednesday, September 06, 2017 lasting thru 3:00 p.m both days.

We will have a contractor on site installing a fiberglass lining inside the pipe underneath the road.

Whenever you approach a work zone: slow down; allow extra distance between vehicles; watch for advanced warning signs; obey road crew flaggers; and expect the unexpected. If possible, please plan to take an alternate route and/or allow additional time for commuting during this timeframe.
