D.J. Thatcher with Dale Carnegie is the featured presenter for the Augusta Metro Chamber’s Third Thursday Business Builder on July 19. Mr. Thatcher will discuss the disparity between company and customer perception and how to close the gap in customer service. Attendees will learn more about how the gap develops and why it is not uncommon that there may be a difference between how a company thinks it is doing and how customers say it is doing. D.J. will share the most effective techniques and cutting-edge resources to re-align company and customer perception and provide the highest-level customer service.
