Business IT Solutions company, Premier Networx, celebrated its fifth year in business in September. Also known as the Augusta IT Guys, Premier Networx was founded by President and CEO Chad Harpley in 2013 after he saw the growing need for an IT company in the CSRA that could satisfy the area’s growing businesses.

In 2017, Premier Networx doubled the number of full-time employees, was named the 2017 Small Business of the Year in Columbia County, and was ranked highest in the region on Inc. 5000’s list of fastest-growing private companies in America, coming in at 2301.

“What an amazing milestone we have reached to be in business for five years. I owe all of our success to our employees, who make sure that our customers receive the best customer experience,” Harpley said. 

Premier Networx recently expanded its Wheeler Road location to accommodate a larger tech support center. In addition, staffing has increased to support business growth.  A new chief financial officer has been hired, and two internal employees have been promoted to chief information officer and chief operating officer.

Harpley and his team are also involved in the community through philanthropic work, and he is the chairman of the board for the Augusta Area Chapter of the American Red Cross.
