The Partridge Inn Hosts Annual Thanksgiving Event

Celebrate Thanksgiving with family and friends at Augusta’s historic landmark hotel.  The Partridge Inn will be hosting its popular Thanksgiving Feast from 11:30 a.m. until 3 p.m. in the P.I. Bar and Grill on Thanksgiving Day, Thursday, November 22nd.  The buffet is $49.99 for adults; $16 for children who are six – 12; and free for children under six. Reservations are required and may be made by calling The Partridge Inn at (706) 737-8888.  

The hotel’s talented culinary team will be preparing an incredible holiday feast with dozens of delectable dishes.  At the Seafood Station, guests will enjoy

Steamed Crab Legs with Melted Butter; Roasted Oysters with Bacon, Collard Greens and Cheese; Oysters on the Half Shell; and Boiled Shrimp.  

Chefs will be carving Roasted Turkey and Country Ham and preparing waffles and omelets to order. Breakfast dishes include Apple Smoked Bacon; Roasted Chicken Sausage; Breakfast Potatoes with Bell Pepper and Onions; Grits; and Eggs Benedict with Seared Ham, Fried Green Tomatoes, and Hollandaise.  Additional items include Fried Chicken; Baked Flounder with Meyer Lemon Beurre Blanc; Three Cheese Baked Macaroni and Cheese; Black Eyed Peas with Smoked Turkey; Candied Yams; Collard Greens with Smoked Turkey; Homemade Cornbread Dressing; Grilled Cauliflower Steak; and Rice Pilaf.

The Salad Station will include Baby Mixed Greens with Assorted Toppings; Southern Style Deviled Eggs; Farro Salad; Potato Salad; Fruit; Grilled and Pickled Vegetable Platter; Smoked and Cured Meat Broad; and Local Cheese Platter with Grilled Flat Bread.

Guests will want to make sure to leave room for the amazing assortment of desserts including Bread Pudding; Cheese Cake; Brownies; Pound Cake: and a Chocolate Fountain with assorted toppings.
