CEO Larry Miller announced recently that the efforts of the iHeartMEDIA local radio station group and FOX 54 (WFXG-TV) were a major “Operation Hand-Warmer 2018” more than doubled the number of donated items that were collected last year. “Our magnificent media partners invested a lot of time and work into helping us collect 143 boxes of hand-warmers, snacks, blankets, and other items this year,” explains Mr. Miller. “We thank them, the great patriots of the CSRA, and all of our dozens of volunteers for making this year’s donations drive a smashing success.”

FOX 54 VP/GM Garry Kelly coordinated various promotional events featuring his station’s news personalities pointing out the importance of this worthwhile cause.
