The Partridge Inn is celebrating the beginning of the New Year with fine dining, festivities and several overnight packages.  The Partridge Inn’s Penthouse Package includes deluxe overnight accommodations; a gourmet New Year’s Eve Dinner for two; New Year’s Eve Celebration at the hotel’s penthouse overlooking Augusta; breakfast on New Year’s Day at the hotel’s P.I. Bar and Grill; and a bottle of Prosecco.  The package is $349 per couple; additional overnight packages are also available.  For more information or reservations, call (706) 737-8888.

The Partridge Inn’s New Year’s Eve Dinner will begin with a choice of Baked Gulf Coast Oysters; Leek and Potato Soup; and Local Baby Mixed Greens.  Entrée selections include Seared Sea Scallops with Carolina Gold Risotto and Lemon Beurre Blanc; Filet Mignon topped with Butter Poached Gulf Shrimp and Twice Baked Potato; and Apple Wood Smoked Roasted Winter Pork Shoulder.  To conclude the dinner, guests will enjoy Warm Chocolate Cake with High Road Vanilla Ice Cream and Bourbon Caramel Sauce.  The dinner is $50 per person for non-hotel guests.
