Augusta Global Consulting issued the following statement announcing the addition of Brigadier General (Ret) Welton Chase, Jr. to its leadership team:

Augusta Global Consulting is proud to announce that Brigadier General (Ret) Welton Chase, Jr. has joined our team as Managing Partner. General Chase is a distinguished military leader with substantial expertise is cyber security and telecommunications. General Chase commanded 7th Signal Command (Theater), the Army's largest theater signal command, and led European Command's C4/Cyber Directorate.

General Chase serves on the US Department of Commerce First Responder Network Authority Board (FirstNet) and is a Federal Top 100 Information Technology Award recipient. "I am excited to join Augusta Global and look forward to serving our local community as part of this dynamic team," said General Chase.
