Every year the Sales & Marketing Council honors the area’s top new home sales agent, builders and neighborhoods in the Augusta River Region. After a year of growth, this year’s award honors are plenty. Some of the notable awards that will be handed out are Best Selling Community of the Year, Best Model Home and New Home Sales Agent of the Year. This year’s event will be emceed by a local favorite, Jay Jefferies from WFXG.

In association with the Builders Association of Metro Augusta, Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) began in 1989. The council’s uncompromising vision to assist sales professionals through education and by promoting a higher level of professionalism in its local members still stands today. The Augusta SMC is dedicated to its diverse membership and strives to provide sales professionals, marketing professionals, builder members, and associate members the highest level of education, programs, and networking opportunities available. Each year the SMC honors leaders within its membership for sales production, marketing achievements, and service to the membership during a formal dinner known as the Stellar Awards.

This year’s event will be held at the Augusta Country Club on March 8, 2019 at 6:30pm.
