Startup Life is a one year, zero barrier program for 10 participants.  Applications opened last August with more than 60 people from around the world applying.  After an interview process, team building workshop and a two-day wilderness Launch Camp, 10 companies were invited to the year-long program which started last month. Throughout the year participants learn about customers, finance, management and marketing as well has automation tools.  Participants are provided access to housing, food and transportation to foster an environment where they can focus solely on developing and launching their business. The program also provides mentor support, educational assets, and co-working space for collaboration and innovation.

Eric Parker, Co-Founder of theClubhou.se, said, “Startup Life is a unique business accelerator that, while also helping business scale their markets outside of Augusta, removes many of the financial risks the most entrepreneurs face personally when starting their company. We put curriculum in place to assist program participants over the course of 16 weeks in a structured educational environment and have over 20 business leaders from across the community that have committed to mentor them throughout the year.
