Melissa Furman serves as Assistant Dean for the James M. Hull College of Business at Augusta University, assisting with the strategic implementation of university and college goals. Ms. Furman serves as a visiting faculty member for multiple leadership development programs and has facilitated workshops for small to large audiences in corporate, non-profit and government organizations. She is the founder of Career Potential, LLC, a consulting firm that helps “individuals achieve and organizations succeed.” Ms. Furman was recognized as a Top 10 in 10 Young Professional to Watch by the Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce, and nominated for Georgia Trend’s Top 40 Under 40.
