Columbia County Fire Rescue Announces Dates for Annual Boot Drive

Columbia County Fire Rescue (CCFR) will be out in the community at various shopping centers for their annual boot drive May 9-11 and May 16-18. The monies collected from the boot drive will go to Columbia County Community Connections and Southeastern Firefighters Burn Foundation.
Columbia County Fire Rescue does not keep any of the monies raised and splits the total evenly between the two non-profit organizations selected.
The community has been extremely supportive of the boot drives by donating approximately $146,000 collectively during the past two boot drives (2017 and 2018).
