Ivey Development, through a partnership, has closed on 4.2 acres at 636 11th Street in Augusta, Georgia, for the development of a 155-unit Class A multifamily project.  The project will be a significant development for downtown Augusta.  The project consists of two 4-story buildings with elevator service.  Amenities will include a large clubhouse area, fitness facility, meeting room, pool, lawn area and a dog park.

The project will be constructed by McKnight Construction with construction slated to begin early next year and units delivering in Summer of 2021.
