The Augusta Convention & Visitors Bureau (ACVB) staff will be implementing a remote work environment beginning Tuesday, March 17th and will return to the office Monday, April 6th unless an extension is deemed necessary. ACVB offices, Film Augusta, and Augusta Sports Council offices located at 1010 Broad Street, Augusta, GA. will be closed to the public during this time.

Augusta & Co. (Augusta’s Experience Center) closed the afternoon of March 16th with the intent to reopen Monday, April 6th unless an extension is deemed necessary. This action is in line with the closing of Georgia’s Visitor Information Centers statewide.

During this time, the ACVB is continuing destination marketing efforts for Augusta’s River Region. Positive messaging and continued updates will be provided through the website and social media channels. Key messages include outdoor recreation, support of local businesses, and human-interest stories as applicable.
