Aiken’s Iconic Downtown Buildings Set to Hit Market

Aiken’s iconic downtown buildings are set to hit the market. Aiken City Council is making it official, partnering with Colliers International to spearhead marketing efforts. It includes Hotel Aiken, the Holley House/Motor Court, Taj Aiken, C.C. Johnson, and Warneke Cleaners buildings.
“We interviewed two firms. Counsel gave us permission to negotiate a contract with Colliers International. The panel was very impressed with their breadth of knowledge and the scope of experience of their team,” Aiken City Manager Stuart Bedenbaugh shared.
