WHAT: Dr. Raphael Bostic has been selected as the Augusta Technical College 2024 Commencement Keynote Speaker. Dr. Bostic currently serves as the 15th President and Chief Executive Officer of the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta. He is responsible for all the Bank's activities, including monetary policy, bank supervision and regulation, and payment services.
