Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Wednesday, June 12th, 2024

In honor of two decades of excellence in homebuilding, Ivey Homes is proud to announce the launch of a special limited-edition collection of homes. This celebratory move marks the company's 20-year anniversary and pays homage to the rich legacy left by the founders' beloved late father and community pillar, Jake Ivey, who initiated the family's journey into home construction back in 1984.

For 20 years, Jake Ivey crafted quality homes before passing the torch to his sons, Mark and Matt. In 2004, they established Ivey Homes, continuing the tradition of building exceptional living spaces across Georgia and South Carolina. Today, Ivey Homes is well-known across Aiken and Edgefield counties in South Carolina, as well as Columbia County in Georgia.

The anniversary collection introduces new premium home design selections that will be available to all Ivey homebuyers. The four exclusive collections are:

  • The Evergreen Collection: Inspired by nature, offering a fresh and vibrant feel.

  • The Champagne Collection: Elegant and sophisticated, with a touch of luxury.

  • The Driftwood Collection: Earthy tones meet modern comfort for a bohemian ambiance.

  • The Onyx Collection: Bold and contemporary, high style with gold & black touches.

Each collection has been thoughtfully designed to embrace the diverse tastes of Ivey's modern homeowners. These unique styles promise to enhance the living experience for every homeowner, providing both beauty and functionality for decades to come.

Join us in the excitement as we build the homes over the summer of 2024. This journey will culminate in the fall with the debut of the completed homes through special grand openings. At that time, followers and prospective buyers are invited to tour the homes in person and witness the craftsmanship and innovation that Ivey Homes continues to bring to the industry.
