Adaptive Kayak launch Installed at North Augusta's Boeckh Park

Kayaks dotted the calm waters of the Savannah River just offshore from North Augusta’s Boeckh Park on July 23, their colors glinting blue and orange under a white-hot sun.
The maiden voyage embarked upon by Army veteran Michael Bishop and North Augusta Councilwoman Jenafer McCauley was proof of completion for North Augusta’s new adaptive kayak launch.
