Augusta Public Library Unveils New Tech Hub for Library Card Holders

The Augusta-Richmond County Public Library System (ARCPLS) today announced the grand opening of their new Tech Hub, located on the second floor of the Augusta-Richmond County Public Library. The grand opening is on Friday, August 2, from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. inside the Tech Hub.

The system’s unwavering commitment to technological advancements has provided free access to digital creative technologies and software. The public can access podcasting equipment, video editing equipment, production software, a button maker, and more with just your library.

Library Director Emanuel Sinclair Mitchell says “With the addition of the New Tech Hub, the Augusta- Richmond County Public Library System continues its mission of enriching the Lives of the Community.”

The features of the Tech Hub include:
