North Augusta's Downtown is Slowly Reopening for Regular Business and for Phone Charges

North Augusta businesses, particularly those in lower downtown, Riverside Village and Hammonds Ferry, are reopening after Tropical Storm Helene swept through the CSRA end of last week.
And many residents who still are without power or, for some in Augusta, without water, are relying on these businesses.
