Augusta Commission Inaction Thanks to Lack of Quorum

It was supposed to be the meeting where Augusta arts groups get their grant money from Arts in the Heart; the groups were here but not enough commissioners.
“A lot of people are disappointed, and I understand their disappointment. You make the sacrifice away from work to be here and we can’t conduct business and certainly apologize for that,” said Mayor Garnett Johnson.
